Insurance Claims
As a courtesy to our patients, we will:
- Submit all dental claims directly to your insurance provider.
- Track the claim status and follow up as needed.
- Provide estimates of your out-of-pocket costs before any scheduled treatment is completed.
Our team is experienced in working with a wide variety of insurance companies, and we do everything possible to maximize your benefits and minimize out-of-pocket costs.
What You Can Expect at Your Appointment
- Full Transparency: Before any treatment, we’ll provide a detailed breakdown of costs and help you understand what portion your insurance is likely to cover.
- Payment at Time of Service: Patient’s estimated co-pay is due at the time of treatment. Once your claim is processed, we will reach out to collect any outstanding balance for procedures not covered by insurance.
- Flexible Options: We accept all major credit cards and offer third-party financing through CareCredit and Cherry Financing.
